Refund policy

Overview

All purchases made through Filesbuddy are for digital services. Unless stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

When you may be eligible for a refund

You may request a refund if you experience a verifiable, persistent technical issue that prevents the service from working as described.

Before requesting a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our support team and describe the issue.
  2. Allow a reasonable period for us to investigate and resolve it.
  3. If the issue remains unresolved after that period, submit a formal refund request.

How to request a refund

Send an email to our support team with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A clear description of the issue you encountered.
  • Supporting evidence such as screenshots or a screen recording.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

When you are not eligible for a refund

Refunds are not granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or the service not meeting personal expectations.
  • Financial reasons such as accidental purchases or insufficient funds.
  • Temporary or one-time disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, power outages, internet failures, or temporary server malfunctions (force majeure).

If none of the conditions above are met, fees you have paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Filesbuddy reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not satisfy these conditions.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, no payment is collected and access ends immediately.

Confirmation

To verify that your cancellation has been processed, check your account settings or contact support. We will send a confirmation email once cancellation is complete.
